Sunday service became our routine for many months now  we go out and hang out on Friday night and mostly rest at Saturday night bec we need to wake up early to get ready for the church..
yesterday we washed the car in the morning and panned to go and eat breakfast but bec. of the time we decided to dress up for the church and go for breakfast @ dennys but because of time constraints we ended up eating in McDonald’s instead and ohh boy some mcdo branch are not fast foods anymore why? because it took time fo get the food and unfortunately for us they forgot our drinks haaaaiiizzzz….well anyway  while honey is waiting for our food im busy taking picture of  my self inside mcdo  “narcissistic" huh ..
as I posted yesterday that tee and shorts are lazy for me I don’t usually put tees on the ” back burner ” of my closet bec I wear them to dress up too just like todays post  tees with skirts ,hi-heeled shoes & statement necklace it gives another aura to the outfit right compared to tees with denim shorts & flip tops.

I don’t know im kinda lazy lately  every time we go out I picked any top that catches my eyes.. yesterday we went to the mall we suppose to watch a movie but we don’t like the movies on so we just roam around the mall I bought a dress and I don’t even take a picture of it which I usually do hmmmmmm whats wrong? well anyway ……… im just excited to go for a vacation.. I guess and im preoccupied with it..

im not sure if shes wearing maroon shorts too bec it can be a coffee brown too i don’t know sometimes im color blind but because shes wearing reddish maroon shoes i figured out its maroon  and i have those items in my closet so i go for it for some errands maybe 2 weeks ago..i usually take pictures and just save it in my camera or in my computer and sometimes i post them immediately sometimes not.. well its better late than never right?

last Friday we went for a grocery trip to wall mart. its been raining and annoying almost the whole week last week so its a lazy day.
I when I bought the shorts (Friday) I know im gonna wear it with this top and with gray shoes & bag. the last 2 photos and I tried but considering the weather I switched  to boots instead. I hate wetting my foot outside for you don’t know what’s in the water im kinda bacteriophobic ..lol plus we will not stay outside gladiator is too dressy for a grocery shopping anyway.

I thought the white cravings was over for a week ago I bought a white maxi dress and I told my self ok enough with whites. but when I was in the mall and I saw the white hi-low dress I feel I need to buy it though I had a second thought about it and im pinching my self as im dragging it to the cashier..lol.. but impulse wins so pretty dress went home with me.

call  me crazy but I bought my hi-low  white dress because of this inspiration photo (last picture). a week ago  I bought a white maxi dress and I thought that’s my last piece for white cravings but when  we went to the mall last Friday night and I saw that dress I remembered the inspiration photo though I have the second thought of buying it , ”hmmmpp its not solid white anyway ”so I end up buying it…
and I love wearing my new stuff so after we came home I hand washed it and I wore it yesterday for a Sunday service.

Its been a month that we went on a cruise we had a great time no worries for 4 days just relaxing and touring around..Key west & mayan ruins in tulum.. shopping, eating , drinking,chilling whatta life..before we went  on a cruise  I posted how I prepared for it. I know I over packed  I prepared 2-3 sets of clothes a day and when I was in the cruise I only used 2 sets of clothes a day , from the start I know I might not use all of it but I always wanted an extras if ever un wanted circumstances occur.  We are  just an hour drive away from Miami anyway so bringing a big suit case for 2 of us is not a big deal really.
For a 5 days cruise   (Miami-key west -cozomel- Miami )I think what you should bring are the following…
Day 1 embarkation day, just wear any outfit that you like and you can wear that for the rest of the day as well.
At night time for a formal dinner u can wear a semi-formal or formal clothes as long as no shorts, swimsuit covers & flip tops for women you’re good. For men no tank tops, no shorts & flip tops.

WHAT I WORE? Day time: white jumpsuits, wedge sneakers and I switched to flip tops after we get in the ship.

Night time: chevron hi-low dress + flip tops for dinner and birth day gift shopping…

Day 2  were on Key west , we roam around key west until 12 noon , we went to  a museum, took pictures, eat  ice screams to cool down a bit,  ohh boy key west in summer is so hot and humid so  you better have  3 sets of clothes  for the second day one for  key west because im sure as soon as you get into you’re cabin the first thing you want to do is to take a shower,  so another day time clothes is necessary  and the last set of clothes is for the captains night / dinner night  @ captains night most of the people wore more glamorous clothes suits for men, long gown , cocktail dress  skirts & blouse for women. As for me its my birth say so my hubby ordered cake & cabin decoration well that was nice. We had some  free photo shoot  too but of course its not free at all if you like the picture 21$ each ..Holy cow..lol

Day 3 were in Tulum Mexico , the ship docked in cozomel but we bought an excursion ticket for mayan ruins so we spend the day there. So for day 3 u only needs 1-2 set of clothes as for us we only used  1 set of clothes just for the ruins. The ruins trip was so tiring that after we came back we just called for a room service and went to bed.  But if you have a lot of energy to party at night you better bring another set of clothes.
Day time  @ tulum  adventure  I figured out that it will be so hot there so wearing white will help ,white top +white shorts + wedge sneakers = comfy day
Some people wore beach attires because if the water is not high and strong you can swim there and the beach is awesome the water looks so refreshing that it will make you wants to swim unfortunately  for our group the water was high and strong so no swimming allowed..grrr..
Day 4  a day in the sea.. way back from cozomel to Miami.
2 sets of clothes for day time & another set of clothes for night time. And if you love to swim you better bring a swim suit & swim suit covers for women & swimming trunk for men. For us we don’t swim its because I don’t like to get more colors , I know weird but only Asian heritage can understand me with this.
Day time steal jumpsuit ( pair of shorts & tube top )
its been so hot that after sometime of walking around the ship and haning out in open air areas it made me sweat and so hot so we took a shower to refresh  
Noon time Cotton shorts + chiffon blouse +flip tops = comfy day

Day 5 disembarkation day. Good bye cruise ship its time to face the real world again.

transformation

yesterday was the transformation day from straight to curly hair hopefully it will last long.
I been contemplating for a week if I will do it or not ,  first time ever  to perm my hair I used to rebond it ( straightening)  but curly hair hmmpp ive tried the  with curling iron only, but yesterday was the day and I super like it  as well as my husband that out of excitement and satisfaction he gave gratuity tip of 58 $ hmmm that’s too much  ha but he said she did a nice job and my hair are thick and long that instead of normal 3 hours perming she did it for almost 4 hours.
after the saloon we went to sea weeds restaurant  I missed Filipino foods and I cant cook so sea weeds is a perfect place to go during cravings.
what I wore? who  said that someone cannot wear fall outfit on summer? not in florida you can wear anything in most time of the year, this week end was kinda stormy, raining, thunder, lightning  so I decided to wear jeans and I hate it when my feet got wet  so boots are the perfect answer

I always love denim jacket simply because you can wear it with almost everything. i had this photo save on my computer for long and finally i completed the pieces in my closet ( blue tank top) so i gave it a try and i came up with first set of photos. im not a scarf lady so i passed.l
lately i been contemplating with what to do with my hair i had this style for too long just straight hair sometime e with bangs sometimes not.i love curly hair and last week i decided to have a curly hair however we were not able to get an appointment  but while waiting i kinda play my hair what if  ill just cut it short my husband don’t like it and i don’t too although im 10 years younger with short hair i easily get bore with it and short hair is hard to style or nothing really.

last Monday I had an appointment for a live scan for my BON application.im on a skirt mode but my feet was tired from Sundays walking & shopping,  i wanted to wear my new wedge but my feet were protesting so i wore the golden wedge sneakers instead for comfort.

Sunday service became our  routine I’m so thankful that there’s no resistance from my husband he’s not a church goer and he is so amenable with that but he said he respect and he’s supporting me but I guess on the process he’s started to like   it too because now he’s buying dress pants and nice shirts, button downs shirts  well im a good influence.
after church we went to the treasure coast mall @ Jensen beach ate lunch and started to shop and hunting for a saloon for a new curly hair for me by next week I will have a new look excited much..
I don’t buy much because I accompany him to shop and ohh boy I understands why he don’t like to shop because he is so picky that if we will be given   an hour to shop  I will go out in the mall with a handful and he have nothing  in hand after couple of hours of picking  he finally  bought a suit and he said next week while im on the saloon he will shopping for shoes and some nice shirts..hmmmm..
for me I only bought a white dress ( charlotte ruse ) which is in my wish list I been craving for white lately but I guess the hunt is over for I have white shorts, jumpsuits, couple of tees shoes and finally the dress so the craving is over. when I saw camo studded top on body central I grabbed it instantly. and lastly I scored a wedge  I been hunting for a pink  foot wear so this wedge will do for now its been always hard for me to buy shoes bec of my size soo..tiny so I don’t really care the name/ brand of the shoes im wearing as long as it fits me and I like the style & color I buy it.

hurricane wings  is one of our favorite hang out I don’t drink my husband does we ate our favorite chicken wings with gold rush sauce for him and ginger thai for me, couple of drinks for him chill a bit and after we went to clothes store that we stumbled upon and I scored some nice stuff.
every time I have new piece I really tried to wear use them , I bought the grey pocket book  from CK last july 5  and the next day cant stop my self but to use them.and so when my husband saw me with a grey top he know instantly that im gonna use my new pocket book im a matchy-matchy girl and knoews it.

a day in Daytona. we went there last Thursday night to watch fireworks and cook out with friends. We didn’t go home until 4pm so we had time to go to the main street and the beach just to walk around and feel the ocean breeze, went home and swim , wahhhhh were already in the beach but we went home to swim in the pool I preferred pool though im not a good swimmer  and I don’t want to get more color so covered pool is perfect.
I had fun swimming with the dogs so cute.
what I wore? when I packed our overnight bag last Wednesday I packed a monochromatic look for friday. Guess & H&M look but I decided to wore wedge instead of flats

a night at daytona for july 4 celebration

july 4 the Americas independence day and also an Philippine-American friendship day..
we drove to Daytona beach  Florida to spend a holiday and to visit a friend as well. We left the house around 6pm because we want to see fireworks on the way there and to have a finale  in Daytona but we didn’t anticipate the traffic so when we arrived Daytona the fireworks has just its finalle bad and we end up in heavy traffic grrrrrr….lol.. however we had fun watching the fireworks on our way there..
we had some BBQ, drinks specifically lemonade drink for me lol.. just talked, talked &  played with the dogs.. honey swim at night I did not the water was too cold for me so I passed however I had a nice swim with the dogs the next day ( tomorrows post)
what I wore? RED WHITE & BLUE,  I originally prepared  a flip tops + moto jacket I don’t like cold and sometimes at night it gets cold specially in the beach but the next day I changed my mind I don’t like flats really so I switched it to wedge and I end up not wearing the jacket at all its too hot and we was not able to go to the beach to watch the fire works.

last Saturday we went to tire plus for a tire changed we  had lunch @ Wendy’s first and it was refreshing its a fast food chain yet  they have flowers.
what I wore? a blouse from my shop back home that I redesigned originally its a dressy/long blouse (2nd to the last photo taken in manila domestic airport jan 2012)..I love this blouse Ive wear this in the states last fall (last photo) but sometimes I want to destroy things lol.just kidding its because sometimes I got tired of the design so I redesigned them. I have this old 2 yo shorts that very seldom I use  so I decided to pair them. since the blouse was long I cut the hem and redesigned the shorts out of it. and wallah  I have pair its a steal jumpsuit too bec at first glance u may say its a jumpsuit but its not.

rearranging stuff

 maximizing a space
after the cruise I was depressed its because its time to back on reality not just to eat, adventure, just relaxing ohh whatta life…huh..
when im sad or anxious I want to do something… something to occupy my mind.. sewing, cleaning, studying and work out will be at the back of the burner..lol..who can study and concentrate when sad & depressed right so gotta passed on that..
so after  a day of resting and relaxing at home  I occupied my mind by re arranging stuff.. I started with my jewelry armoire and I hung  my accessory organizer again  I don’t know why honey don’t like it. its  perfect for hanging statement necklace and earrings.. and I maximized my armoire by putting some tux inside for additional space and it works lol..
I still have a lot of time so I re arrange the living & dining/family room too..i found our wedding tarpaulin in the garage so I hung it and hubby said it looks good there.. but of course.. displayed our souvenir photos from Tulum and in the ship.
and then the shoes and bags.. I’ve noticed that they’re getting crowded so to maximize the space I used the shoe boxes that I kept  thanks goodness for being  a packrat sometimes it really helps so instead of putting 1 pair of shoes I can put 2 pairs by layering it in a box hmmmmmppp.. another trick ive learned.
and the bags instead of arranging them facing forward I rearranged them facing sideward and they fit there nicely, unlike the old arrangement.
and lastly the clothes, rearranging them by styles & colors. im exhausted so I didn’t touch the shorts , skirts and jeans dresser are  still untouched up to now..

chambry and butterflies

i love chambray and  with butterflies really… yes i fall in love in an instant. it gives me a feeling of nostalgia, my childhood days  the times i was running around our field catching butterflies, dragon flies, spiders, what ever except flies ..lol…
i had this dress maybe over a month ago, i don’t really wear dress aside from church  very seldom . i wore this  for  first Sunday service.
i always prepare our clothes when were not on a hurry what i did was gather everything and laid it on the bed its not being an OC but for me its the best way to know if everything’s there from sucks to accessories plus its the best way to mix & match for an instance is pink a good match for yellow , or green & red and so on and so forth lay them together if you don’t like the color combination don’t push it try  another..
wearing a dress is not as toxic as wearing skirts/shorts/jeans because you don’t need to look for a pair you don’t need to mix & match  just wear it as it is just enhance with belts & accessories and you’re ready to roll baby..

june recap..
june was interesting  and full of adventure.. first week of the month were in Connecticut and 3rd week were on the cruise…
for summer and hot weather I love wearing skirts & shorts  and I usually dress up for church. I don’t wear long skirts except maxi skirts if I will wear  short skirts it will a mini skirt for sure.. I don’t have much formal clothes for I don’t work in  corporate world  im jobless for a moment and at the same time im reviewing for my NCLEX RN exam.
my style is predictable because im a matchy -matchy girl I usually start creating an outfit with a top and then everything follow. Bag & shoes most of the time goes together as well as my  blouse/top goes with my accessories I love monochromatic hue.
 I love belts for they add up  appearance to outfit they can make or break the outfit.
I love statement necklaces and craving for more specially bubble necklace  I own red now and I want more..lol for the can make or break the outfit too it depends on how you put them on an outfit.
im a clothes sucker  i love collecting shoes too and lately  bags & sunnies interest me too ..
my wish list are pink ,cobalt & emerald foot wear. white dress, cobalt blouse ,gray bag..
photo 1 yellow & blue combo. I love the mesh top( back) and the ribbon caught   my attention when I saw that on the store since there’s not too much yellow on my blouse I paired it with my yellow booties and bag the top is a white & navy blue combo so I choose blue shorts as well  and the turquoise accessories completed the look. ( mine top, Arizona shorts from JCPenny, charlotte russe booties & belt, rosetti bag, Geneva watch, turquoise accessories)
photo 2 I love the combo if the skirt is a bit longer it can be wear for an office or formal meetings.. I wore that for lunch and some errands. they say red is loud so why not pairing with neutrals to balance it out.(charlotte russe top, tattoo skirt , bow belt, red accessories, mango bag, silver bangles & bracelet)
photo 3.. too much color but because 2 colors are neutrals  (white top & brown belt) the outfit is not loud. Mixing  colors are fun but I guess when its too much it became a disaster. ( mango top, H&M mustard skirt ,guess by Marciano belt , F&F mode foot wear, swatch , charlotte russe bib necklace + turquoise accessories)

I wore this in church and I got lots of compliments…I decided to go with yellow that day yellow dress, yellow shoes & yellow accessories  wheeew I cant deny that its my favorite color.. yea it is  I tried to used my yellow pocket book but ..no its too much yellow so I switched it black instead.. with out the jacket the dress is so cute and it gave me a feeling of being a 16 yo..lol.. ( I bought the dress in a flea market in Kissimmee last may when we watched a concert we stayed for 3 days that gave us a lot of time o shop and roam around.. aeropostale denim jacket, F&F mode foot wear , Calvin Klein bag , B iconic accessories I bought it in Atlanta Georgia International Airport

polka dot dress for church

I been craving for a polka dot dress and so after a months of months of search  last may from our Jacksonville trip I stumbled this dress from ross and I love it.. and it happened that I had this orange crop top blouse with polka dot design  that I haven’t wear for couples of mos. so I decided to cut it up and wallah im wearing a cardigan/bolero thanks to my sewing machine..
I wore this for church after we came back from cruise , I know my post are late since last week because of our cruise ship. after churc we went to wallmart for a food shopping and ohh boy cant take my eyes on those sweets and of course I went home with tres leches omg.. so yummy yet fattening. And that’s the reason why I kept on gaining weight
