coach day ..yeyyyy..

last night me & hubby was joking about the blue bag and i was surprise when he told me to get ready because were getting my blue bag… hmmmpp nice.. lol.. but before we headed to the mall we need to clean the car first because its awful dirty so we dropped by the car wash and while waiting we walked to dunkin donuts nearby to get some coffee..

after running buying garbage disposal in home depot we headed to the mall may favorite place..lol.

since i know what im buying we headed to Calvin Klein store first but i was not able to see blue bag so went to Coach store and ohh boy they have a lot of nice stuff they have blue so i took it, i saw yellow bag and its like im drooling over it but i have yellow bag already,

but honey said” its not coach anyway so get that one too”

" what? as in" lol….really? as i am confirming it ,

he said “ok i know you like it so get it” 

and so i bring home 2 nice bag today.. and thats the story behind the yellow & blue bag.. thanks honey.. you always make me feel im so love , and youre queen ..lol

but before we finally headed home we bought friendly’s sundaes first.. ohh yea a day full of calorie today as i started it with french toast & hot choco for breakfast,refreshing ice latte from dunkin .lunch @ wendys .. sighhh..breaking the diet ..huh…

denims are always a classic piece in every ones closet.

i own numerous denim piece shorts, skirts, jeans & jackets.

so today im featuring my levis denim shorts i bought in Sears 1.5 year ago and used it several times already. 

so here are some ways i wear denim shorts..for me denim shorts are effortless to wear pair it with any kind of top, and shoes and you’re good to go.

4th, 7th, 10th photo with hi-low tops, what i love about the hi-low  tops they are so comfortable and at the same time fashionable.

5th photo my ” to go” look just put on a tank top and shoes and good to go, if its too simple add some accessories to enhance the look

6th photo denim to denim if its too hot for you chambray is a good substitute.

im loving wedge sneakers lately that  when  i look at this photos i wore wedge sneakers in all outfits except 2nd photo..  with my other denim shorts i paired with boots, wedge sandals and even pumps but lately im into comfort so wedge sneakers are perfect..

inspiration photo & recreated look Wednesday..

i love recreating and outfit sometimes and if you think   its no brainier i  not really because its not just putting all the pieces together but it is how you carry it too.. in recreating an outfit sometimes you need to go out in your comfort zone just to get the same look somehow. but its not necessarily you copy the whole look just look what you have and work it out swap the color if you need to,swap the skirts, shorts or pants if you need too as long as it works for you.. its just an idea on how to make an outfit..sometimes im just standing and looking on my closet wondering what to wear, and if no creativity sits in its time to browse the computer and look on my inspiration photos.

so today im gonna featuring the black _orange combo. when i see this online many months ago im thinking ” hmm this is  nice, but i dont have similar top huh” until i stumbled upon this flowy top in wet seal and i immediately i remember the inspiration photos i saved so with out any second thought i bought it.

my January shopping picks..

as you all know that last month we went to Philippines so most of my shopping are spent there, however before we left i shopped for shoes & hand carry bag(wall mart) (1st photo). as a preparation for the upcoming trip before i ordered 3 shoes online (Charlotte russe)2 for me and 1 for my sister, she got the black one. i find wedge sneakers very comfy that  i owned 5 already plus its so versatile that you can wear it for almost everything of course not with gowns & cocktail dresses.

2nd -last photos I shopped them Philippines. If you want to shop for less aside from Hongkong, China, Bangkok, Philippines is  a nice place to shop, we have expensive stuff there too form LV to local brand , we have a lot  of international brand for clothes, shoes, bags,etc.. and we have local brands too, and its more cheaper with quality too, imported goods from China, Thailand and the likes are more cheaper  , its just that you have to know where to shop and what to shop, me being a sewer and sometimes i design my clothes and i used to own RTW shop , i know good stuff with good materials. so will you believe me if i tell you that stuff from 3rd-last photos only coast me 150$, good deal right..

leopard dresses. ohh well i think its nice and i need something to wear lounging in the hotel so i bought 2.

5th tank tops i think i need more tank top i bought some..

6th photo swimsuits,  a 2 piece suit but i didnt took photos of the respective shorts its just short-shorts you know for swimming

a blue top, i think its nice new style , open shoulder solid color so i know it will go far for my closet

8th photo i love souvenir shirts because it will remind me of the place i went and the memories i had in that place. 

im always a fanatic of hooters shirts and i own 4 already and counting…

boracay its a paradise island in Philippines, white sand beach, one of the tourist spot and summer destination not only by locals but for foreigners too..

9th photo bandeau, if in the states 1 bandeau cost 4-7 $ for this 3 i only paid 5$  the materials are the same   so why pay more right..

i know its still cold and winter in most of the states but its been so hot lately in south Florida so there’s no choice left for me but to wear the most comfy clothes i got lol…ohh well its just a great excuse to wear summer clothes right? im always excited to wear my new stuff so this combo really speaks my addiction ..i  shopped this top, shorts & boots friday noon and i wore them saturday .. as in already ? a big YES..after i shop i usually wash it and i usually do my laundry on friday night. I hang all the new stuff in front of my closet followed by the clothes i didnt wear for many months or even a year im kinda rotating my clothes and i dont like wearing clothes that i just wear a month ago or so, i do with bottoms, shoes & bags though but very seldom with the tops. 

how did i came up with this outfit? it started with the boots , recently i been seeing them anywhere , blogs, magazine, social net works and can you imagine how happy i was when i spotted it @ body central and they have my size and the color im looking , i feel like i hit a jack pot..lol..since the its white i need something white too and the new shorts fits and the rest follows..

last Thursday me & hubby run for some errands, un expected so it means not a lot of time to prepare , being new in my closet this top was in a front row so i just grabbed it and started to work it out….

its funny because as i was looking at this top a nursery rhymes runs in my mind and you all know what is it right? and i am murmuring what the heck i am thinking when i buy this…ohh well the tag was off already so i have no choice but to make it work, and this was the first combo i came up with..

were supposed to watch Pompeii today but we came early so decided to walk around the mall in short we shop and you know me when i shop , after couple of hours in the mall we decided to go home and see the movie tomorrow hopefully we can , we will see..

i have  200$ budget today and i had a hard time of looking stuff that i like i dont know why its just my style i guess or maybe i have similar items already so i need to pass but as they say patience is virtue so i keep looking and i found some nice stuff.

my shopping picks: house robe & flip tops i just wear off my house slippers and i needed a new one though this flip tops is out of my budget for a house slippers when i tried it, its so comfy so i decided to buy it, the robe its hubby’s ideas and its his  choice its nice though..

open toe,buckled  boots, i been seeing it online and its really in my wish list and seeing it in the mall today and they have in my size whewwww.. it made my day..

i had this burgundy shorts 2 years ago and i wore it several times already.. i love maroon color some says its for older people only, some says its fall & winter color what ever it is i love it. at first i thought i can only pair it with white, black and maroon bt i was wrong because so  this is how i styled it and the color combo i came up with.

3rd photo with peach ruffled top, in brain storming an out fit and color combo i usually pick 1 bottoms and pick some tops and lay them all together and decide if they look good together or weird but who knows right it might be good for me but looks weird for some people, i guess what im trying to say is that we all have our own preferences but sometimes its not bad to come out in your comfort zone and try something new..maroon & peach combo are one of my discovery it means i never thought i will never wear them together. before  our departure last feb. 2 i shop for a comfy bottoms for a long flight so i bought 3 jeggings, black , yellow and this but i ended up wearing black.

sunday service & water baptism..

feb 9, i attended the sunday service alone for my hubby went to visit his mother and some of his relative in Ct. at first i was contemplating weather to walk to the church or not its only .4 miles away from home but i never done that before so i was skeptical about doing it but hubby pushed me to do it for we never been to church for almost a month since our vacation. so to cut the story short sunday morning i wake up early and go, and im glad i did because there was a water baptism after the service, its always feels nice to observe and be a part of somebodies committing him self to god..

#ootd i usually wear dress /skirts for church but because i walked that sunday i choose a comfy outfit and be able to kick a…lol my hubby was laughing at me when i send him my picture..

a day after valentines day

yesterday we drove to west palm beach for some errands , we supposed to attend a BBQ party of my hubbys friend but unfortunately we missed the exit and the next exit is 22 miles away and its only 8 miles away from home so we decided not to go back after contemplating whether to go back or not.. its crazy right how we missed the exit, in Jupiter Florida thers 2 main high ways the I95 & turnpike and they have booth exit in Jupiter but the I95 has 2 exits and turn pike has 1,  were just talking about anything and everything while hubby is driving and we didnt realized that were on turnpike so as we drove thru the exit its too late to notice that were on turn pike and the next exit will be Stuart not Okeechobee, haiiizzzz. so we blow it..

lazy to go back we decided to hang out in hurricane wings instead.. ate some wings, drinks coke & beers for hubs..

#ootd criteria for choosing the outfit ,the  BBQ party that we missed lol, given another circumstances i wont pair the jumpsuit with wedge sneakers i rather wear booties or gladiator but because the party will be in the yard i dont want to create a lot of holes in some bodies yard so i rather wear flats or wedge, but  because its a bit chilly i dont want to freeze my feet either so wedge sneakers is the perfect choice.

we dont have plan for valentine  and im not expecting anything , i thought i already got my stuff toy 5 days prior to valentines day, but yesterday i wake up with honey  thoughtfulness & sweetness for i wake up with stuff toys chocolates & card in the bed side awww so sweet.. tnx honey….

after lunch we decided to go out and get his safety glass in west palm beach and drooped by the mall on our way home and i got 300$ budget yeheyyyy so sweet of you honey…..Valentine date n shopping…

happy valentine every one, i woke up today  happy and surprised for honey bring home this valentine present, i thought i already got my valentine present ( last 2 photos) 5 days ago but he came home today with bunch of sweet thoughts in his hands..thanks honey…

for me valentines day is not that important its not that in love its just that for me everyday is valentines day  with my husband and the people around me. if you give love you receive love and thats the essence of valentine for me….

i got this neon jeggings in Land mark ,Makati, Philippines supposedly for a comfy outfit in the plane but i dont have top to go with it , so i dont wera it but because its yellow i cant wait to wear them so the next day i wore it to bring chico back( the parrot) from the pet store for board & lodging..

its still winter everywhere so yellow is loud already so i decided to tame it somehow buy pairing it with neutrals..

threw back thursday, a glimpse to our 2014 vacation

threw back thursday guys…

so heres the threw back of our vacation, as you all know we traveled 30 hours from Florida to Philippines via new jersy & tokyo„ yea its exhausting, though we had some sleep in the plane yet its not as good as the comfort of your bed, we left 4am in the hotel to catch up our 6m flight to New jersy, had 2 hours lay over and the longest flight ever 14.5 hours to Narita, Tokyo, Japan another 3 hours lay over then another 4 hours flight to Phlippines and if you think we sleep as soon as we checked in our hotel no youre wrong because, aside from being sleepy, were hungry too so we decided to check the bars to get some foods to eat, chill a bit a sleep so…we checked in @ riviera mansion hotel, malate

 day 1 started @ 1am wd a cowboy grill meal & drinks.. we had fun there though i almost pass out from exhaustion. (OOTD; body central jumpsuit, charlotte russe wedge sneakers, Ck bag, fossil watch, zales necklace)

day 2 running around for errands,went to money changer,mall, bought  prepaid load, shopping et al…(ootd; Ck top, pink celebrity denim shorts, coach bag, charlotte russe wedge sneakers, fossil watch).Around 2 pm we started to get ready for our dinner cruise wd my sisters,nieces and nephew, we had fun great foods, view , manila bay , and music.. after the dinner we called it a night, still exhausted from the flights.(ootd, charlotte russe leopard jumpsuit & booties)

day 3 bonding day with hubby, went to mall of asia, walk around, bought 2 basic phones with local sim cards, lunch @ hooters and went back to hotel to get some rest.

@ night i meet my firend and her family for dinner @ RACKS MOA, we had fun, a lot to catch up but not enough time for baby danna is alraedy sleepy,just happy to see and spend some time with them.. till next time guys..

day 4. flight to iloilo, i was so excited to see my family again„ yeeyyyy…we stayed @ sarabia manor hotel.(ootd; aeropostale top, body central jumpsuit wear as a short, coach aviator, CK bag).

@ night we had a family dinner @ afriques , small ville , iloilo city, great foods, ambiance, staff, being with family over dinner with laughter is priceless..

day 5, guimaras adventure,i wake up early to confirm to my friend about our trip there,to start our day we ate break fast @ Mcdo and proceed to the port had a 15 minutes ride to guimaras, and from the port we had  45-60 mins ride to raymen beach resort.. its funny and scary bec.on our way to alubihod we passed by a cobra snake in the road heads up and ready to attack i dont see it at first until my sisters screamed, and i looked back and wheeewwww thats scary, after 15 minutes we heared a screeching sound, our tires blow up„„ nice day huh..lol…. 

raymen beach resort is white sand, we dont intend to swim so we dont bring swim suits, we decided to try the boating and im glad we did, we had fun very nice view, i called it a hidden paradise in my previous post(ootd, guesstop, arizona denim shorts, charlotte russe wedge sneakers, coach bag & aviator)

@ night its girls night out @ small ville iloilo, city,small ville, we had fun, (ootd, guess chambry, H&M shorts, charlotte russe wedge sneakers)

day 6 i accompanied my father to his doctors appointment.after his appointment i brought the dollies in the hotel for swimming but its too cold for them so we went to the mall instead for bike shopping and rides, they had fun for sure & me dizzy for the carousel ride over & over again.

day 7 walking around downtown wd hubs to show him what the people do for dinagyang, the street foods, the street bands, the battle of the band, the souvenirs shops, we had fun yet my feet dont like it..lol so at night before i called it a night i called for a masseuse for a relaxing massage..ohh yea..lol

day 8family day @ savannah club house. we had fun with family @ friends over yummy foods, the kids enjoyed the pool while adults enjoyed chatting, laughing & gossiping perhaps lol…after the party we went back to the hotel and donna & I bond together and walk around the dinagyang street.

day 9, a day with donna, in the morning we went to janiuay for honeys crown, and since were there i showed donna the st.julian de cuenca church, an old church built during japanese conquest to Philippines. from janiuay its our day together thanks goodness my hubby doesnt mind at lol..lol..after grabbing lunch @ SM city with hubby me & donna went to jaro catedral for a visit & picture taking, snacks & teds lapaz batchoy (as they says some ones iloilo visit wont be complete with out eating batchoy  so we fulfilled her visit, after the yummy batchoy we decided to go back to the hotel and bond on swimming pool,after the swimming we went to my sisters house to wash our(hubz& me) soiled clothes for i hate the laundry mat that i sent my clothes before, i guess they used very cheap detergent that it made our clothes fades and they dont made a good job in folding our clothes and im kinda OC when it comes to my clothes so i i better wash our clothes. after we washing the clothes and call it a night we had a nice dinner @ mang inasal & halo halo dessert @ chowking..yummyness , happy tummy…

day 10,11, 12  boracay escapade..Boracay is along ride, 5 hours drive of 80-100kph wheewwww slow down buddy..we stayed @ mandarin hotel. we had fun hanging around @ don vito italian resto, nigi-nigi nous bar, walking around the white beach,swimming, shopping souvenirs,picture taking..and before we know its its about to go.. hmmppp

day 12, after a 6 hours ride from boracay i had lunch with my parents & sister & kenny rogers SM city, its kinda sad because its my last lunch with them this year and i dont know when im gonna see them again haiizzz.. life just sad.. after sending my goodbyes and watching the cab taking them to the terminal smaller & smaller cant help my self but cry,.. for me not to dwell in my sadness i brought my 2 dollies to the hotel i know i wont have time to be sad for they will occupy my time, a toodler & 4yo wheewwww.. they had fun instead of swimming pool that its too cold for them , i fill in the tub instead and let them play and soak there for a while, after the warm bath i ordered them banana split. im happy to spend the night with them..

day 13, our flight back to Manila, we stayed in Manila Intercontinental hotel in Makati, we ate lunch @ outback and headed back to the hotel, we dont have any plans for the remaining days of our vacation, we just wanted to rest we did a lot of stuff everyday and its kinda exhausting..

day 14, we just stayed in the hotel, since the malls are just around the hotel we went there to eat lunch,& dinner, did some shopping too, picture taking in the hotel lobby and that’s it.. the day is over.

day 15, meet up with my sister & her family.. we went to Robinsons Malate to meet them but decided to go back to Makati, ate lunch @ max’s restaurant, walked around the mall,shopping and again its time to say good bye…haiiizzzz..before dinner me & hubby hang out @ hard rock cafe, malling and went back to the hotel to sleep early for our early flight back home in Florida..

day 16, checked out and departure to Florida via Tokyo & new jersy .. its always hard and tiring going back than coming in for starting a vacation is always exciting and happy but ending & leaving behind the person you love is heart breaking… 

and thats our entire vacation.. It is full, tired yet happy..
