dress to skirt

I get tired of the dress bec. its backless and it so plungy i cant wear it a s a dress really bec i need to wear tube top or blazer or jacket, yesterday i want to wear it but i already wore it as a dress so i decided to transform it into a skirt instead i can always put the top back if i want to..
