i do love a dress/top items.. bec i can wear it both a dress or a top.. with out a belt this can be long enough for a short dress.. or with a belt but i need to wear a short but still looks like im wearing a short dress.. my sister used to wear this when shes pregnant and it looks good due to its cut..
